​I enjoy working with people who are curious about who they are and what feelings and ideas make them unique. At times we all become confused or discouraged in the pursuit of our personal goals or in the relationships with those close to us. It is at these moments we can use the help of someone trained to listen carefully and help us to untangle some of the misperceptions or distortions that may be getting in our way. It is a humbling and hopeful experience to embark on therapy to make change in ourselves.
